Equus Riding Club was established in 2007 when we identified that there was a distinct lack of local shows where people could go and compete without feeling intimidated.
We held our first show on the 25th May 2007 in severe rainstorms and halestones. Despite the weather we had a good turnout and this proved our point. The Club grew every month gaining new members and followers from as far a field as Malton and Scarborough finishing the season with glorious weather and packed show classes.
We try to provide a good mix of classes both In Hand and Ridden catering for all types of Equines and competitors ranging from really novice to the more experienced. We pride ourselves in providing a warm friendly atmosphere but still remain professional.
Riding is fun and what ever level you compete at this should remain the your focus.

Dressage Clinics - Have a chance to train with a Dressage Trainer to get those few extra marks.
